On-site surveying & dimensional checks
Before every manufacturing batch, our surveyors visit the delivered site to take precise measurements of the apartments or common areas. Architects' drawings never reflect 100 % of the structural reality: we produce a tolerance file per unit, flag any discrepancies to your project manager, and adapt the bespoke manufacturing to the actual dimensions. The result: flush installation, no wild adjustments at the end of the works.
Sales showroom design
Beyond the show flat, we design and build your sales floor: development of the sales space on site or in a temporary sales bubble, staging of the programme model, reception and display furniture, signage. A complete sales tool, designed to turn the visit into a signature.
Site coordination
A site foreman coordinates with your project manager. Compliance with phasing schedules, snagging visits and buyer handovers. Regular reporting.
